Somatic Experiencing (SE) & Somatic Trauma Healing
Somatic Experiencing focuses on the body’s innate ability to heal from trauma. By gently guiding you to tune into the physical sensations stored within your body, this modality allows you to process traumatic experiences that may have been suppressed. Through this process, you learn to discharge trapped energy, releasing the emotional and physical effects of past wounds. It helps to restore the body’s natural balance, ease chronic tension, and promote overall well-being by allowing the nervous system to reset and process these held emotions.
Somatic Breathwork
